Dermoteca trusts Logifarma to deliver your order in perfect conditions and on time in Portugal. If the delivery is outside Portugal,  it will be made by a different logistics operator.

Once your payment has been validated, your order is processed and the estimated time of delivery starts counting from the moment that the customer receives the purchase confirmation email.

Deliveries in Portugal:

In mainland Portugal, the average delivery time is 3 business days. If it takes longer than expected, please feel free to reach out on dermail@dermoteca.com or +351 21 380 41 88.

International Deliveries (outside mainland Portugal):

Shipping procedures outside mainland Portugal:

  1. After successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email of the purchase order. At that point your order begins to be processed and will be dispatched within 24 hours. (In the days following new products releases we appreciate the understanding for any delay we might have, due to high volume of orders)
  2. After being dispatched, it starts counting the deadline for delivery depending on the destination – please see table on shipping costs section.
